Here's what we do before
you even join the call
We map your property boundary
Using your property address, we locate your land and set up the GIS files ready for the session. You'll see this mapped on screen when we start the call.
We'll be in touch if we need anything
If we need additional details about your property before the session — title information, forest age, or anything else — we'll reach out by email or phone ahead of time.
Your 60-minute strategy session
We join the video call together, share our screen, and walk through your property live. We'll map your forest areas, check eligibility, assess any planting areas you're considering, and model your potential carbon returns.
Your report lands in your inbox
After the call, we send your full PDF report — property maps, eligible forest areas, carbon income projections, and a clear recommended path forward. Something you can share with your accountant or advisor.
No preparation needed —
but here's what's helpful
You don't need to prepare anything formal. We'll work through everything together on the call. That said, it helps to have a rough idea of:
- Where your forest areas are on the property — even a rough sense of which paddocks or blocks
- When your forest was planted or started regenerating — approximate year is fine
- Any areas you're thinking about planting or retiring in the future
